Guided by the lasting principles of integrity and compassion, Pathways offers an authentic healing experience. I do this in order to help you live the life you love.

Pathways Physical Therapy provides expertise in holistic healing with proven results! Individual attention combined with compassionate listening and skillful techniques provide a comprehensive healing experience. Skilled Therapy services include manual and myofascial techniques, Integrative Dry Needling, Yoga Therapy and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. Specialty training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy enables us to provide comprehensive healthcare for women. In addition to treating the physical, treating the mind and spirit are addressed through Mindfulness workshops and classes. Our goal is to help you live the life you love through holistic healing and treating the whole person.

I have been a Physical Therapist for over 19 years and have practiced in a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedic and chronic pain clinics. I have completed many courses in Frequency Specific Microcurrent and find it to be an invaluable tool in treating many different conditions that have not responded to other treatments. I have received my certification in Integrative Dry Needling through Dr. Ma‘s courses in Integrative Dry Needling Orthopedic Approach and I have begun on-going training in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Function through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. After completing my 200-hour teacher training with Iyengar Certified Teacher, Monica Cullinane, in 2008 and furthering my knowledge through many additional workshops, I began incorporating Yoga into my Physical Therapy practice, creating a unique blend and outlook on how to bring the body back into balance. I have also received my Reiki Master attunements and certification and find such a gentle and subtle healing modality to be a great adjunct to more conventional treatments.  I began a personal study and practice of Vipassana Meditation over 12 years ago and in 2014, I completed a year-long Mindfulness Teacher Training program with the Mindful Life Program (MLP).

I find great benefit for my clients in being able to combine conventional and holistic treatments to offer the best of what is available in bringing health to a person as a whole.

“Cindy is an incredibly skilled Physical Therapist who has significantly improved the function of my body and the injuries I have been challenged with. I appreciate and value greatly her holistic approach to healing; mind, body, and spirit. She creates an inviting and safe place and is very easy to talk to. After seeing her the first time and receiving treatment for my ankle injury which left me out of physical activity for a month, I noticed a significant improvement over the following week and was back to putting weight on it and starting to exercise within 2 weeks. I remember thinking, “That was like a Magic Treatment!” Not only did it help my targeted injury, but I noticed the positive effect it created on my mood through the treatment she gave me. I returned to receive treatment from Cindy 3 weeks ago with a shoulder cuff injury. The moment it happened, I knew I needed to see her. Here I am 3 weeks later using my shoulder with no pain and full weight. I can confidently say that the full quick recovery goes to to the treatment and expertise of Cindy. If you have any physical/emotional challenges/injuries, I highly recommend seeing Cindy for your treatment and seeing for yourself the wonders she can do for your healing!”

“Cindy was a great listener and communicator throughout the PT process. I had chronic pain in my foot that affected my ability to hike and run. Cindy fixed me up 100% and now I am looking forward to ski season!”

“Cindy — Just wanted to say thank you again for the work you have done on my ankle. I’ve been getting tossed around from doctor to doctor, very few of whom were interested in discussing my habits, activities, or possible causes for the injury. After multiple diagnoses, ineffective drug prescriptions and recommendations for expensive orthotics with no guarantees, I decided the cost-effective route was to visit a physical therapist who focused on alternative healing. The combination of FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) and dry needling worked wonders for tendinitis. My pain decreased immensely and after 5 sessions is nonexistent. I was shocked a few sessions into treatment to go in with a swollen ankle and walk out seeing my ankle bone for the first time in two months. You’ve also been really helpful in understanding the process of healing and thinking creatively about ways to decrease pain and swelling. I am looking forward to being back to 100% just in time for the snow season!”

“I was referred to Cindy from an extreme lady athlete for piriformis syndrome and after two visits had amazing results. She was very thorough and complete in her initial evaluation and was able to offer me much in the way of relief. Piriformis syndrome tends to be chronic and she was able to educate me as to what to avoid and how to keep it at bay. She used a form of Frequency Specific Microcurrent, as well as dry needling, which was highly successful. Following the appointment, she has been in close contact as well. I can’t speak highly enough for Cindy, her practice, her methods etc. I would recommend her anytime to anyone.”
